Please be assured we are following guidance issued by the UK government and will continue to maintain the highest standards of cleanliness in our hotel with regular cleaning using professional anti-viral cleaning products, providing access to hand sanitizer and ensuring our strict food hygiene policies are adhered to.
Making Changes to Your Booking
We also understand in these uncertain times that our guests may need to change their travel plans at short notice. We therefore can offer the following:
- For all guests with non-refundable bookings, with a stay date prior to 31st May 2020, we will be allowing guests to rebook for a future date in 2020. For guests with a refundable (flexible) booking, cancellations and refunds will be provided as usual.
- If you made your booking directly through our website you can arrange to change or cancel your booking by visiting www.theeastlondonhotel.com/datechange.
- For all our customers who made their booking with a third party, we will also accept changes of dates on non-refundable bookings. However, you will need to make those changes directly with the third party.
- For new future bookings, we recommend that guests book directly with us and choose flexible rates which can be cancelled at any time up to 11 am, 24 hours before arrival.
