We can accept small parcel deliveries for guests during the time of their stay. Recipient’s name must match the guest’s name on the reservation system and the guest must have checked into the hotel.
For safety reasons, we are unable to accept any kind of deliveries before check-in or after check-out.
Any deliveries received outside of the guest’s stay term will be returned and are not the responsibility of The East London Hotel. By having any items delivered to us, you agree that The East London Hotel cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged goods. If we notice any suspect packages, we will contact the relevant authority and have them removed.
